TNC Architects was born in 2021 from a conviction that architecture in Rajasthan deserved a practice rooted as deeply in its land as in international standards. Founder Er. Nikhlesh Chauhan started with precision instruments, domain expertise, and an absolute commitment to contextual, meaningful design.

From Ajmer's historic lanes to Jaipur's sprawling plots, TNC's first years were defined by listening — to clients, to sites, to the vernacular language of Rajasthani buildings. That ear for detail translated into a reputation: precision, warmth, and delivery on every promise.

Today, with 280+ completed projects spanning residences, commercial complexes, farm houses and industrial work, TNC Architects is Rajasthan's most trusted design and build studio — still led by the same founder, still driven by the same founding conviction.

"

Architecture is not merely construction — it is the art of creating environments where human lives unfold with meaning, comfort, and dignity.

When I started TNC Architects in 2021, I had one belief guiding every decision: that good design should be accessible, rooted in context, and built to last generations. Rajasthan's architectural vocabulary — carved jaali screens, step-well geometries, havelis that breathe with the desert — is one of the world's richest, and I wanted to carry that wisdom into contemporary practice.

In 4+ years, I have had the honour of designing homes where children have grown up, offices where companies have flourished, and spaces where communities have gathered. Each project has taught me something new about people, place, and the quiet responsibility of shaping permanent spaces.
