Wardrobes

The wardrobe that fits your life, not the room.

A well-designed wardrobe is not just storage — it organises your morning routine, reduces clutter and makes the bedroom feel larger. TNC Architects designs internal fittings before the carcass is manufactured, so every section has a purpose.

Internal Layout Design

Hanging sections, double-hang, shelves, drawers and pull-outs planned to your wardrobe contents before production begins.

Sliding or Swing Doors

Aluminium frame sliding doors with glass, mirror or laminate panels, or premium European hinged doors with soft-close hardware.

Integrated Lighting

LED strip lighting inside the wardrobe body and door-activated lights — practical, not decorative.

Modular Kitchen

A kitchen designed around how you cook

The modular kitchen is the most complex furniture project in any home — it must accommodate appliances, plumbing, electrical outlets, ventilation, waste and workflow in a single coordinated unit. TNC Architects designs the kitchen to the room and to you.

Workflow Layout Planning

Straight, L-shape, U-shape, parallel and island layouts planned around the cooking triangle — hob, sink and fridge in efficient relation.

Material & Finish Selection

Acrylic, membrane, PU lacquer, laminate and wood veneer finishes. Quartz, granite, compact laminate and SS countertops. All specified for kitchen humidity and heat conditions.

Appliance & Service Coordination

Chimney housing, microwave tower, dishwasher panel, refrigerator housing and all electrical outlet positions coordinated in the kitchen drawing before any work begins.

Our Process

From room measurement to finished installation

01
Site Measurement

Accurate room survey — wall dimensions, ceiling height, beam positions, door and window reveals, electrical outlet locations — all measured before design begins.

02
Design & Material Selection

2D layout and elevation drawings prepared. Material, finish, hardware and handle options presented for client approval before production.

03
Factory Production

Panels cut, edge-banded, drilled and assembled in our production facility — each component labelled for site installation. Quality checked before dispatch.

04
On-Site Installation

Professional installation team — level checked, wall fixings confirmed, doors adjusted, hardware fitted and final snagging completed before handover.

Our Belief
"The best furniture is the furniture you never have to think about — it just works."

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between modular furniture and carpenter-made furniture?
Modular furniture is factory-manufactured with precision CNC machinery — panels are cut to exact dimensions, edge-banded uniformly and assembled on site. Carpenter-made furniture is built on site by hand — quality depends entirely on the individual carpenter. Modular furniture offers better finish consistency, more hardware options, and usually a better final result for fitted units like wardrobes and kitchens.
Which board material is best — HDF, MDF, plywood or particle board?
For Rajasthan's dry climate, we typically specify BWP (Boiling Water Proof) plywood for the carcass and MR (Moisture Resistant) MDF or HDF for shutters and drawer fronts. Particle board is cost-effective for internal shelves where no moisture risk exists. We specify the right material for each component — not one material throughout.
How long does a full modular wardrobe take from design to installation?
Typically 3–4 weeks from design approval to installation — 1 week for design and client approval, 2 weeks for factory production, and 2–3 days for on-site installation for a standard 3-door wardrobe. A full home fit-out takes 6–8 weeks.
Can you match the modular furniture finish to my existing interior?
Yes. We offer laminate in hundreds of textures and colours, acrylic in high-gloss options, PU lacquer in any RAL colour, and wood veneer to match existing furniture. We will always present physical samples before confirming the finish.
Do you install modular kitchens with granite or quartz countertops?
Yes — we coordinate the countertop fabrication as part of the kitchen project. Quartz (Kalinga, Corian, Silestone), granite, compact laminate (Formica, Egger) and stainless steel are all options we specify and install. The countertop is templated after the base units are installed to ensure exact fit.
