A turnkey project means we handle everything from the initial design to final handover under one contract. You provide the brief and the budget; we return a fully constructed, finished and fitted-out space that is ready to occupy on the agreed date. You do not need to manage any contractor, vendor or approval process yourself.
How is turnkey different from just hiring a contractor?
A contractor typically handles only the civil construction. You still have to separately manage the architect, interior designer, electrical contractor, plumber and vendor for fittings.
